Happy Thanksgiving

As we approach this season of gratitude and reflection, we find ourselves pausing in awe of God’s abundant goodness and mercy. In the spirit of Thanksgiving, we want to take a moment to express our deep gratitude for each one of you—family, friends, church members, and even those whom we may not have met yet but share a connection through the Word.

This Thanksgiving, we embark on a two-week study break, an opportunity for rest and reflection on the richness of God’s Word. The Bible tells us in Psalm 100:4, “Enter his gates with thanksgiving and his courts with praise; give thanks to him and praise his name.” In these moments of respite, let us enter into His presence with hearts full of gratitude.

Reflecting on the Scriptures, we are reminded of God’s faithfulness throughout history. His promises endure, His love is unwavering, and His grace knows no bounds. As we take this time to delve deeper into the Word, let us give thanks for the revelation of His truth and the transformative power it holds.

In Colossians 3:15, we are encouraged to “let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.” May this season be marked by the peace that surpasses understanding, a peace that can only come from the Prince of Peace.

To our family, your love and support are cherished gifts from above. To our friends, your companionship on this journey is a testament to the community God has provided. To our church, our shared commitment to grow in faith is a source of inspiration. And to those we may not have met, we are grateful for the potential connection that the love of Christ creates among us.

As we break from our regular studies, let us not only feast on the physical abundance set before us but also feast on the spiritual nourishment found in God’s Word. May this time be a reminder of the ultimate reason for our gratitude—the sacrificial love of our Savior, Jesus Christ.

Wishing you all a blessed and joyous Thanksgiving filled with the warmth of His love and the richness of His Word.
